1. Overview
Cannon Rally ("we", "us", "the Platform") is an interactive, team-based rally competition app operated by Wikaira. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or participating in a Run, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information We Collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address and authentication details. When you register for a Run we collect your Crew details (team name, slogan, member names, captain email), your preferred pace, skill and interests (for solo Runners), and any photo or video proof you upload to verify Stage completions. When you check in at a Stage we may capture your device GPS location if the Stage requires it. Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Square) — we do not store your full card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, register you for Runs, verify Stage completions, calculate leaderboards and finish times, process entry fees and prize payouts, communicate with you about your Run, and operate Spotter (marshal) verification. We may also use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the Platform.
4. Location Data
Some Stages use geofenced check-ins, which means your device shares its GPS coordinates with the Platform at the moment you check in. Location is only collected when a Stage requires it and only to confirm you are at the Stage. Check-in coordinates may be stored against your completion record for audit and integrity purposes.
5. Photos & Videos
Photo and video proof you upload to verify Stage completions, Solo Shots or Salutes (award entries) is stored privately within the Platform and is visible to Control (admins), Spotters and your Crew. You are responsible for ensuring you have the consent of anyone featured in your uploads.
6. Payments
Entry fees, individual fees and the per-Run platform fee are collected by Square. We store a record of the transaction (amount, status and a reference) but your card details are handled entirely by Square and never touch our servers. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Control.
7. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate the Platform: with Spotters verifying your Stage, with Control administering your Run, with our payment provider to process fees, and where required by law. Run creators (Creators) can see the Crews and Runners registered to their own Runs.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls, server-side validation of game actions and encrypted transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to act quickly if an issue is identified.
9. Children & Level Up Events
The Platform is not intended for children under 13. Level Up events may include family Crews with members aged 13 to 17 — these minors are exempt from the individual entry fee and their age is collected only to enforce eligibility. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Level Up is a community programme run by its own organisers; it is NOT associated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with HOME Parramatta or GFM (Grollo Funds Management).
10. Your Rights
You can view and update your profile name from your dashboard settings. Accounts and associated data are not deleted or removed automatically — they are retained after a Run concludes so results, prize payouts and race integrity can be verified. To remove your account and your personal details, log in and use Delete Account in the profile section of your dashboard. Deleting your account signs you out immediately; your existing Run registrations remain on file for race integrity — contact Control if you need those cleared.
11. Cookies & Analytics
The Platform uses essential cookies for authentication and session management, and may use analytics to understand how the app is used. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.
