CANNON RALLY

TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: October 2026

πŸ“‹

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Cannon Rally. By creating an account, registering for a Run, or otherwise using this Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Wikaira, the operator of Cannon Rally.

🏁

2. The Platform

Cannon Rally is an interactive, team-based rally competition Platform that lets Creators publish Runs and lets Runners form Crews, complete Stages across a city, and compete for a place on the leaderboard. Control (administrators) oversee the integrity of each Run, and Spotters (marshals) verify Stage completions in real time.

πŸ‘€

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information (including your real name and email) and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Platform is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

🀝

4. Crews & Runners

A Crew consists of 2 to 4 Runners. The captain is responsible for registering the Crew and confirming members. Each Runner may belong to only one Crew (or the solo pool) per Run. A user cannot be both a solo Runner and a Crew member in the same Run. Runners must follow the official Rally Rules for every Run they enter.

πŸ—ΊοΈ

5. Runs & Stages

A Run is made up of Stages (checkpoints) completed in order. Stage completions may require a Launch Code, photo or video proof, a Solo Shot, a Detour, a game, or a geofenced check-in. Control and Spotters verify completions. Game actions β€” check-ins, advancement, penalties and sabotage β€” are validated server-side to protect race integrity. Control reserves the right to adjust, pause or end any Run.

πŸ’Έ

6. Entry Fees & Purses

A Run may charge a per-Crew entry fee, a per-Runner individual fee, and a one-off platform fee paid by the Creator. Entry fees and the Run purse are collected by Square at sign-up or publish time. The Administration percentage of each fee is routed to the Creator; the remainder accrues to the Run purse and is paid out across the prize categories set by Control. All fees are non-refundable except at the discretion of Control. Prize payouts are determined by the final leaderboard and the Run prize categories.

πŸ†

7. Leaderboards & Results

Finish times are calculated once a Crew crosses the Finish Line and all outstanding Misfires (penalties) have been applied. Control is the final authority on Run results, rankings and prize awards. Results may be adjusted to correct errors, enforce the Rules, or respond to integrity issues.

🚫

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: cheat, spoof your location, tamper with the Platform, abuse Spotters or other Runners, share your account, scrape or reverse-engineer the Platform, upload content you do not have the rights to, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

πŸ“Έ

9. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos and text you upload as Stage proof or Salutes entries. By uploading, you grant the Platform a licence to host, display and use that content to operate the Run (verification, leaderboards, awards and admin review). You are responsible for ensuring you have the consent of anyone featured in your uploads. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

πŸ›‘οΈ

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any injury, loss or damage suffered during a Run. Rally activities involve physical movement through public spaces β€” you participate at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and the safety of those around you.

βš–οΈ

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in entry or platform fees in the preceding 12 months, or AUD $100, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

🧩

12. Level Up Events

Some Runs are designated as Level Up events. Level Up is a community programme run by its own organisers and participants. Level Up is NOT associated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with HOME Parramatta or GFM (Grollo Funds Management). Any reference to Level Up, HOME Parramatta or GFM on the Platform is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement. Cannon Rally, Wikaira, HOME Parramatta and GFM are separate and independent entities.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
